1. Cancellation by Students:
   • Notification Period: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the course start date to qualify for a partial refund.
   • Refund Eligibility:
     • Full Refund: Granted if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the course start date.
     • Partial Refund: A refund minus a 20% administrative fee is granted if cancellation occurs between 14 to 30 days before the course start date.
     • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
   • Transfer Option: Students may transfer their enrollment to a future course date or another eligible participant, subject to approval by Aesthetic Laser Academy.
2. Cancellation by Aesthetic Laser Academy:
   • Minimum Enrollment Clause: Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses if the minimum enrollment of 10 students is not met.
   • Notification Period: In the event of cancellation, students will be notified at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled course start date.
   • Refund or Rescheduling: Students will be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule their enrollment to a future course date.
3. Force Majeure:
   • Aesthetic Laser Academy is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
   • In such cases, affected students will be allowed to reschedule at no additional cost.
4. Non-Attendance:
   • Failure to attend without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
   • Rescheduling in such cases is subject to a re-enrollment fee.
5. Course Changes:
   • Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, locations, or instructors.
   • Students will be notified promptly, and every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience.

Why These Terms?

• Fairness: The policy ensures students have reasonable flexibility while discouraging last-minute cancellations.
• Protection for Aesthetic Laser Academy: Administrative fees and no-show policies protect the academy from revenue loss.
