1. Eligibility for Refunds:
   • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Aesthetic Laser Academy’s principal.
   • Refunds are only granted if the request is made within the specified refund periods.
2. Refund Amounts:
   • Full Refund: Granted if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the course start date.
   • Partial Refund: A refund minus a 20% administrative fee is granted if cancellation occurs between 14 to 30 days before the course start date.
   • No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date.
3. Non-Refundable Cases:
   • Failure to attend the course (no-shows).
   • Courses cancelled due to violations of Aesthetic Laser Academy’s terms and conditions or misconduct.
4. Reallocation of Payments:
   • Payments can be reallocated and used for any of Aesthetic Laser Academy’s other services if requested in writing.
   • Reallocation requests are subject to availability and approval.
5. Processing Time:
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the written request and approval.
   • A confirmation email or letter will be sent once the refund request has been received.
6. Additional Considerations:
   • Proof of Payment: Proof of payment may be required when submitting a refund or reallocation request.
   • Refunds for Partial Payments: Refunds or reallocations apply only to the amount paid to date.
   • Course Material Return: If course materials were provided, their return in unused condition may be required for a refund or reallocation.
   • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise requested in writing.
   • Payment Gateway Fees: Refund amounts exclude any non-refundable payment gateway or transaction fees.
7. Force Majeure Clause:
   • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond Aesthetic Laser Academy’s control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
   • In such cases, students may reschedule their enrollment at no additional cost.
8. Policy Updates:
   • Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to update this refund policy. The most recent version will apply to all transactions.
