1. Introduction:
   • Welcome to Aesthetic Laser Academy. By accessing our services and enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Course Enrolment and Admission:
   • Enrolment is subject to availability. Students must meet all prerequisites and provide accurate information during the application process.
   • Admission is based on the successful submission of required documents. Aesthetic Laser Academy may refuse admission if eligibility criteria are not met.
   • Course Postponement: Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to postpone a course until a minimum of ten (10) students have enrolled for that specific workshop. Every effort will be made to commence courses on the scheduled date, but the Academy cannot guarantee this if enrolment numbers are insufficient.
3. Fees and Payment:
   • All tuition fees are payable in advance and must be settled in full before class commences.
   • Course fees must be paid according to the schedule provided. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of access to classes, course materials, or dismissal from the academy.
   • Refunds are available under our refund policy and must be requested in writing within the specified period.
   • Cash Discounts: A 20% discount is offered when you enroll in more than one module.
4. Attendance and Conduct:
   • A minimum of 80% class attendance is required.
   • Regular attendance is mandatory. Absences may affect course completion, certification, and could lead to dismissal.
   • Students must adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct during classes and practical sessions. Inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action.
5. Practical Training and Certification:
   • Practical sessions are an integral part of the curriculum. Students must complete all practical and theoretical requirements to receive certification.
   • Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all modules, assessments, and requirements. Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if conditions are not met.
   • The pass rate is 80% for both theoretical and practical examinations.
6. Health and Safety:
   • Students must comply with all health and safety regulations during practical sessions and while on campus.
   • Aesthetic Laser Academy will not be liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions or protocols.
7. Intellectual Property:
   • Course content, including materials, videos, and handouts, is the property of Aesthetic Laser Academy and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
8. Modification of Courses or Terms:
   • Aesthetic Laser Academy reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, or these terms and conditions. Students will be informed of any significant changes.
